Hermitage Lands
Much of this parcel was purchased through a generous donation by Francis Leitner and Mary Lou Gonzalez in 1995. A hermitage was built and used for solitary desert retreats. Later, Daniel Baker donated additional land in the canyon on which the Corbett Retreat Center now sits. In 2021, Sandra Michael kindly donated an additional 26 acres. There is a conservation easement held by The Nature Conservancy on this parcel, except for the most recently-donated 26 acres.
Baicatcan
CCA and Archaeology Southwest are co-owners of Baicatcan. With the campground and community garden on the parcel, Baicatcan serves as a central hub for CCA activities.
Confluence
The confluence parcel was purchased in 2019 through generous donations by various CCA members. This parcel is located at the confluence of Hot Springs Canyon, Paige Canyon and the San Pedro River, and serves as an important wildlife corridor.
