Water 101

Led by:  Christine Uhlmann, Hydrologist/educator with the Water Resource Research Center, University of Arizona

Where:  Cascabel Community Center, Cascabel, Arizona

Christine presented to a group of about 25 local residents the basics of hydrology.  She demonstrated (by Power Point) the hydrogeology of aquifers, how groundwater is accessed, the relationships between groundwater and surface water, and some basics about isotopes and what they tell us about the age and sources of groundwater.

Co-sponsored by the Cascabel Working Group.
